My job posting was blocked
If your job posting has been blocked, try to find the reason in the Service Rules. Once you find the reason, fix the violation and post the job again.
My account was blocked by the administration
Most often, an account is blocked because the user’s behavior violates the Service Rules, for example:
Repeatedly posting listings that were blocked by a moderator. For example, listings containing goods/services prohibited by the laws of the Russian Federation and/or the Service Rules, or links to third-party websites;
Posting listings or sending messages using third-party software or automated scripts;
Using information prohibited by the laws of the Russian Federation and/or the Service Rules (obscene language, contact details) in the user’s photo, first name or last name;
The user fraudulently tried to obtain other users’ bank card details;
The user didn’t ship the item after receiving a prepayment, or didn’t pay for the item after receiving it.
If the team has blocked your account and you are sure you followed the Service Rules, contact us.
